The High Cost of Being Angry
If you are on this website the chances are high that you or someone you love is very angry.
Chances are that you have tried many times to change that behaviour and that you have failed.
Anger is a complicated emotion especially hard to deal with in your family and work. This is generally true because these are the people that we see most often. The people we choose to spend the majority of time are also the people we often hurt. Even when you don't mean to do that to them.
Stop the rollercoaster briefly to reach out for help. Anger is a response to other issues. The way you act when you are angry is a behaviour. If you can learn to do it I can help you learn to stop doing it.
Our program is structured to help you learn to recognize when you are angry and to stop reacting inappropriately to your anger. We will help you learn new communication skills to better handle issues in the first place.
We aren't here to blame you but to help you move forward. Their is no greater achievement than recognizing your mistakes and working to change them.
